      The people at Hach are great!

      Pros

      The best thing about Hach are the people. There are so many great people at Hach and Hach cares about each of them. We have fun and work hard. Hach is part of a great parent company with great benefits and a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. We are growing a lot in the area of increasing the diversity of associates. I think we are naturally inclusive because of the great people and the willingness to welcome newcomers. Hach is a place where you can fit in no matter who you are. I also love Hach's focus on development and promoting from within. Top performers are rewarded and have the opportunity to stand out.

      Cons

      Hach leadership at the highest levels has not been stable, but that is changing. The senior leadership team is stabalizing and we have several new leaders and also returning leaders.
