Pros

The support in this role was amazing. The Talent Acquisition, manager Stephanie Hood, taught me so much and gives great feedback. I enjoyed this company as well. I love the meetings to help explain changes, financials, performance etc. so you can see how your hard work has affected the company and think about how you can improve to make positive changes. Hach is a great company that cares about the people so when it came to talking to recruits, the company sold itself. The Other HR team members and hiring managers are professional and easy to talk to. I would work here again if the opportunity came.

I have no cons for this company. They are really great at noticing the areas they need to work on and making an action plan to fix it.
