Benefits, B2B experience, Networking. Parent company is Danaher so there is greater opportunity once you are hired to find a better spot under their umbrella.

Cons

Workload/timeframes, constantly changing process, infighting often led to hostile environment. Leadership's influence over HR (be very careful what you say). Very high turnover.
