A good place to acquire a verity of experiences as a starter

Family atmosphere= micromanagement Seniority trumps everything, lack of respect, people are expected to be overworked (the culture) and under appreciated (by level of seniority), most staff are stucked here forever with associates degrees & 10, 20 years of experiences doing the same thing. Toxic work environment with lots gossip & connections behind doors. Horrible insurance coverage after the merger.
