      Pros

      Management is very understanding and it is a very friendly environment. Great place to learn about various diagnoses and everyone truly enjoys working with each other.

      Cons

      Very Fast paced which is expected however difficult at times due to the size of the hospital. The shuttle is at times a challenge, as there may not be enough for the end of the day or a great deal of time spent waiting during the middle of the day for additional riders. Not a huge problem though.

      Room to grow when you're already employed and you plan to advance your career

      Cons

      Terrible pay for amount of hard work you do, management doesn't take in considerations, staffing appropriately, Drs and other staff see you as way smaller, no incentives for over time

      Pros

      Nice workers and great location.

      Cons

      They float you even if you are not in a float pool. The new health insurance is horrible and managers really don't care because there are people out there looking for jobd.
