      The people I work with are great, I have a great team behind me.

      Upper management is so incredibly out of touch. Continue to expect you to do more with less. People are leaving in droves because it absolutely sucks to work here. They only care about the bottom line. $$$ they don’t care about patient safety as much as their commercials would lead you to believe. We are short staffed and they keep opening more areas of the hospital. We can’t even staff the amount of beds we have. Also if you think you’d get a Christmas bonus for being a loyal employee you have another thing coming. Lol only upper management gets those.
