      If you want over time you can have it.

      Cons

      no parking, make you park at a lot miles away with no shelter from cold, rain, sleet or snow. Always working short. Float you anywhere they want even if you are not trained on the floor they send you to. Aides hide and do not help. Nurses are tasked to do everything. No work life balance.
