Pros

I work with an affiliated clinic(s)Really goood working enviromnent. This depends on location you are placed. For trainning i was placed in North bergen where the office manager was the very nice, but some staff were not the nicest. i was moved to union city location where I was suppose to train for another month there and then relocate permanently to Clifton, but did not happen. I ended up staying in Union city, which is the best thing thats happened to me. I feel at home and hope to stay there a good while.

Cons

Schedule is subject to change without notice. If you have family/kids this is difficult.

Pros

Co-workers were the best. However most left for nurse-friendly organizations.

Cons

Nepotism. CNO doesn't respect nurses. Hostile working environment, Taught to bend over backwards for patients when we get no respect at all. Upper management makes a ton including bonuses and we get a plant. No incentives to remain on staff. Discriminate against older employees. 12 hours and no breaks. Overworked staff.
