      Pros

      I believe the fact that helping people in itself is a positive. They train people and have people 24/7 incase you have any questions about anything. The people that currently work their(some) are ok.

      Cons

      The management is going in a direction that most people do not like. They will try to get away with things they are not allowed to do. Its hard to move from somewhere if you work hard because most bosses want to keep you.

      Hostile, Aggressive Bullies for middle management. Very Punitive Environment, Very Political. Large disconnect between management and working culture by the bedside
