No bonus and or holiday parties

Nepotism. Low salary. They expect employees to park at a lot that adds up to 30 minutes to your commute and they do not care or even mention that til you've started. Upper management keeps spending time and money to figure out "incentives" that are ridiculously hard to benefit from or laughably small. It seems obvious to all employees that this "nonprofit " is wasting money left and right on the top guys while telling employees to be happy with crumbs. Pay increases are truly small and insulting. They are also based on a biased system, so if your manager doesn't like you, you don't get a raise if they choose to give you low marks on your evaluation.
