Pros
There were a couple of pros the fact I worked from home and my manager was great.
Cons
Ahh the cons, well there was a manager in particular who always made me feel like I was an idiot but thr best part was I left for a number of reasons and gave a 2 week notice only to be told that I was not eligible for my final PTO payout because I didn't give a 3 week notice. Really? If you are offered a job with then please consider all of your options before accepting because apparently they need the money. Also my benefits from day one I had nothing but issues for a remote employee.
