Facility well maintained by Plant Operations and contractors; excellent staff communication and interaction; very knowledgeable staff; very lucrative salaries, high level of job satisfaction; excellent patient care.
Cons
Non-medical staff alignment (i.e. Facilities Management) not appropriate resulting in miscommunication and mismanagement. One manager taking credit for work and projects identified, managed and completed by his subordinate; then, firing that department manager when it was addressed by him.
