Pros

The company culture is very good with lots of social events for employees, and everyone is very friendly. The brands are all well known which looks good for your resume and the experience is also very good. I don’t see myself staying here forever but it’s a good stepping stone for moving up and working at a company you’d dream of working at. Also, if you do not like to work late this company is definitely for you. Obviously every company has busy times where you will need to stay an hour or two late, but most of the time everyone leaves on time.

Cons

Promotions are few and far between, and the family members get higher level positions even though they are not qualified and a lot of them don’t know what they are doing. Other employees often have to explain to them about why something needs to be approved by them because they don’t understand themselves which is alarming. I have been with the company for almost a year, and have been filling in for some people that were laid off 3 months ago. There is little to no possibility of promotion and still nobody has been hired to fill the position.

The regular people below the VPs are great to work with and be around and can easily be some of the greatest people you'll ever meet.

Cons

Upper Management is fake as hell. They may tell you they appreciate all you do, but it doesn't matter as soon as one person with the name Haddad doesn't. The nepotism is all over this place. They also don't fire anyone. They will let you go and say "restructuring" every time. HR will not let management tell you the real reason you are being let go and you get to spend the rest of your life wondering what you possibly could have done when all your performance reviews were positive. Have seen this happen internally before it happened to me.
