      Great family owned company, but only so far up you can go

      Pros

      Great environment. Principals are very accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to move up from an entry level position if that's what you desire.

      Cons

      Are tenured staff members that lack ambition. Have been in the same middle level positions for years. Pay and benefits are slightly below average. Only so much upward mobility due to it being a family owned business.
