Pros

I truly love working at Haddad Brands. Surrounded by smart and extremely hard working people, I feel lucky to come to work here every day. In my role, I am very supported by my manager and peers. Everyone is willing to help and teach you what you need to grow and develop. From the owners to management, to assistants and support staff, it feels like a true team working together every single day.

Cons

Not a con for me but you must be willing to work hard. At Haddad, you get out what you put in.

Pros

Flexibility to move into different departments and gain experiences in areas you might not otherwise be able to.

Cons

No concern for the moral of the employees or work-life balance. Creative roles do not pay well but are expected to work above 40hr week requirements. Managment seems frazzled all the time. High turnover. It's a good company to work for if you're using it as a stepping stone to an even better company/career.
