I have only had positive experiences during my time at Haddad Brands. I love the highly collaborative culture- getting to work cross functionally with other teams and getting exposure to different areas of the business. All of my coworkers and management are very supportive and encouraging.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be a lot, but I love the fast-paced nature of the company and you always get to see the hard work pay off!

Cons

Management has very poor consideration for work/life balance. Employees are not provided hybrid working environments even though the company offers it, which is very misleading. Biggest issue is when management sees a mistake or does not fully agree 100% with your work, you will be thrown under the bus for it. There is very little support. Managers do not advocate for their employees, so a lot of people will mention they feel "attacked" or "singled out". Lastly, there is very little career growth. Company more often than not hires outside to fill positions, rather than promoting within.
