I can't think of a single good thing about working here and thats why I quit as soon as I could. DO NOT accept a job here you will regret it I can promise you that.

Cons

This was the worst job I have ever worked at and I have had some seriously bad jobs. There was absolutely no onboarding training, they just throw you right in and expect you to perform without any guidance. The culture is extremely standoffish, nobody cares about you until you do something wrong. The management absolutely sucks, there are people in management positions that are extremely unqualified and are only there because they have the last name "Haddad." This is a private company so there is nothing holding them accountable and they will fire you and replace you in two seconds without even thinking twice.. Thankfully I quit before I lost my complete sanity, but I hated this job more than anything and if you see this review before accepting an offer... RUN! I have a new job and its like night and day from working at Haddad. I am at a company where they actually value their employees and offer support and guidance and appreciate the work you provide.. LIKE IT SHOULD BE! This company should be embarrassed at all the negative reviews previous employees have posted and I would be embarrassed to work here.
