From day 1 at Haddad Brands I have felt so supported by my coworkers and manager. There is no greater feeling to know that the company and my manager unconditionally have my back and support me. It truly is a family culture, where I am surrounded by a team that do not judge, embraces individuality/new ideas and wants to learn and grow.

Cons

No company is perfect but management here is open to new ideas and listens to all suggestions for improvement.
