Pros

Great if you are entry level and hungry to learn and gain exposure to some really great brands.

Cons

The family creates a fear based toxic work culture where everyone is too afraid to say or express anything that contradicts what the family is saying. No work life balance, late hours are expected by senior leadership and most people do it because they are young and are hungry, the company defiantly takes advantage of that. If you are a looking for a more senior level role here, I suggest to look else where. There is a really low-moral with in the company, people are mostly nice, but it is not well managed from the top. The comments on nepotism and diversity are pretty accurate. They do make you clock in and out if you're a salary employee on a tracking app, just one of many examples on how the family mistrusts and micromanages it's employees. Comments on the "all lives matter" email is also true, the company is very out of touch in a lot of ways.

Pros

Structure; Younger Colleagues; Mentorship program; Ownership depending on which team you’re on;

Cons

A couple of managers there were extremely difficult to work for (constant bashing of their associates to others, snapping at the associates when under pressure from the Haddad family, etc.) which resulted in several associates crying in the staircases regularly. HR is there to protect the company and they sometimes gaslight the employees who complain. So much office gossip/politics - a culture fostered by managers there.
