Pros

At least puts an effort to seem like they are a very employee-oriented company. Also gives adult out of school their first bad job experience.

Cons

Treat US employees slightly better than what I imagine the employees at the sweatshops they have overseas are treated. Take advantage of freshly graduated students and pay them as little as possible. The amount of nepotism that you witness is astounding. If someone from the owner's family asks you to do something, even if they have little understanding of how basic tasks are done, you are told to just nod and do it, until they realize on their own how bad of an idea it is. I've also seen fellow employees discouraged from taking their full hour lunch. They don't come right out and say it, but they encourage you to eat at your desk and immediately return to work. The company also makes you to enable a GPS app on your phone where you sign in when you get into work and sign out when you leave, which makes no sense because you are salaried.
