i cant think of anything positive besides the 50% Nike discount that was given out once or twice annually
Cons
1. Antiquated systems and programs that make job unnecessarily difficult 2. Poor management with lack of communication. (militant type of management style) 3. cliquey nature of the employees (the staff is 90% nasty, entitled, white women) 4. Demanding and degrading managers 5. poorly handled situations regarding tolerance and management bullying 6. The "family members" are regarded and given unfair advantages than any other employee 7. complete lack of training 8. Dark office with no windows
