Pros

you get to put some cool brands on your resume then go somewhere that people appreciate you. I suggest leaving at the 1 year mark if you can make it that far.

Cons

-Certain jobs are 'hot seats' where no one survives -The other jobs there are underpayed, and have zero opportunity for advancement. Every single person I sat near who survived had been there 4-5 years without a raise or promotion. -they do make up job titles that don't exist anywhere else, which is just a trick to make overworked and underpayed employees feel better. -everyone comes in early, takes 15 min lunches and works late. its expected of you. -all the good reviews on here are fake / from the same date.

Pros

Haddad has really great people all around the board. It's a growing company, so things are constantly changing in a positive way. There are a lot of opportunities and you gain a lot of exposure. We are always kept busy but we're never bored. The family is always around and their easily approachable. I've learned a lot while I've been here.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few more holidays off and pay to be a bit higher, but we don't seem to be too off with the market.
