Great Co-workers. Summer Fridays. Free Lunch sometimes. Discounts on some of the brands & sample giveaways

Cons

Many times I was overwhelmed with the amount of work I was doing. I would have to do my job and some, mostly because I don't think they wanted to hire more people. The turnover rate sucks! Overall work morale is not that great, a lot of employees seems so frustrated all the times.People here don't take accountability for anything. Long hours and no overtime. Micro-managing from upper management and VP's. They will use and abuse you as much as you let them.

Pros

Haddad Brands is my first job out of college and I could not be happier with the experience I have had here. Over the past year I have grown so much and learned more than I could have imagined. The fact that the company is family owned allowed me to gain exposure that I wouldn't have had anywhere else.

Cons

The company has grown tremendously over the past 3-5 years. With that said, we have needed to increase our headcount, but have not increased our office space. Things are getting very crowded with seating and additional space.
