Pros

At Haddad Brands you have the opportunity to work with some of the top brands in the children's wear industry. It is family owned and operated for over 60 years. Haddad is stable and the company has a strong, dynamic, committed and passionate team. Opportunity is endless for hard working employees that are able to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Cons

N/A-Management is very accessible and any concerns can be brought directly to the family or one of the members of the leadership team.

Pros

None... Seriously.. Very cut throat

Cons

Where to begin. Disgusting company to work for. Management consists of family members and their favorites only. Horrible pay. Horrible benefits. Do not even think about having a baby or going on medical leave because they do not pay you anything while on leave or expect to work during this leave from home. Favorites get the world at Haddad and the rest get ignored or fired after one mistake. The office is filthy so expect to live in dust covered desks. No training program. You are thrown into your position with little guidance since most management is too busy to mentor. Useless meetings. Useless everything. By far the WORST company I have ever worked for.

Pros

They have the best licensing ..Nike, Converse, Levis & Jordan Brand

Cons

The design department is basically expendable. There were a lot of great designers and artists that worked very hard there. I worked there from 2009-2011 and the time there was great in the beginning but as my time grew I seen a lot of Management issues. Before the Holidays of each year they would fire 1/2 of the staff and burden the other half with. Their performance evaluating system is set up so that the staff feels that they are underperforming so much rather than show the how the staff has progressed. They do it to over work you until you burn out and then they get rid of you for an intern.
