      Pros

      -Working in this company will surely make you technically very strong. -Nice place to start your career -Very nice people around - They take care of visas if you are a non immigrant which makes your life easier -Management support is a plus - Nice cafeteria. Sodexo is doing a great job

      Cons

      Management doesn't organize many parties or get together. They could arrange something atleast once a month. They are having holiday lunch but it's just once or twice a yr.

      Needed changes in senior management a little slow but will happen in the long run. Too much effort going on in non-critical areas.
