      Haemonetics is a disorganized, relatively new manufacturing facility still working through learning and growing pains.

      Pros

      Very informal culture with no definitive expectations. Salary is above-average within the geographic region.

      Cons

      Expectations are not communicated but implied which leads to many misunderstandings. Leadership team drives results based on philosophy, not real-world requirements. Current management team is numbers-driven and unethical (my opinion).
