Company with great benefits but too much politics and no growth

Great Benefits: very high bonus payout, PPO medical dental and vision, and life insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K match plan, Restricted stock units, stock grants The CEO really know how to make the company looks appealing to investors/ stakeholders. People at the site level works well with each other, very supportive, in team setting
Cons
Corporate changes procedures without consulting with applicable manufacturing sites. On-going hiring freeze that won't allow replacement for critical role position Stated that product Quality is number one but prioritize Cost when discuss the improvement topic. No Orientation plan with requirements from HR beside the benefits. Speak up about compliance will get shot down with politics between executive leaders. Everyone expected to be able to cover for 2-3 people tasks Your annual review is based on opinion and it's filtered up to executive levels (who doesn't work with you directly 95% of the time). No development plan for career growth High Turn over rate
