      R&D - Lots of change, but also a lot of opportunity and products that help patients

      - opportunity and freedom within R&D - great co-workers - R&D culture was great - upper management is delivering on their promises - functional managers within R&D are approachable and care about their people - good medical, dental and excellent vision benefits - employee stock purchase plan, 401k matching and bonuses - next-door to a gym and they partially subsidize membership - next to Blue Hills reservation walking trails - cafeteria has great healthy options, including a wide selection of breakfast options - daycare - communication between sites

      Cons

      - continual reduction in staffing results in corporate politics - job insecurity - older building that could use some renovations - departments operate is silos - R&D has little visibility with the customers - upper management does not appear to support or promote R&D innovation

      A Paycheck is guaranteed on time.

      Cons

      Constant flux of employees due to complete lack of trust and respect. Has become a popularity contest, and if you do not suck up to the quality department you will be targeted for termination. Rules only get applied by who they want to keep, and there are major FDA violations in their paperwork and operations. There is no accountability and everyone passes the buck. No one will take ownership of their actions, comments or buy in.
