Pros

Very informal culture with no definitive expectations. Salary is above-average within the geographic region.

Cons

Expectations are not communicated but implied which leads to many misunderstandings. Leadership team drives results based on philosophy, not real-world requirements. Current management team is numbers-driven and unethical (my opinion).

Relative good easy working environment.

Cons

Salary is low compared with the market. There is hardly any bonus distributed even if the company promised some. The company has notorious document procedures to learn that makes it very inefficient. The company is not willinng to use automatic app tools to improve its efficiency. Management does not care about what employees think. Everything moves very slowly and not organized very well. HR works very slow.

Pros

Division I work within is very friendly and family oriented. Cannot say the same for all divisions and office locations. I am able to achieve a work-life balance and Company as a whole is very welcoming of personal time away (Vacation/PTO) as well as LOA's of necessary. Great market value of Benefits as it relates to Employee Contributions

Cons

Very top heavy in Senior Management. Still having a hard time filtering down information to the workerbees. Senior Management having a hard time seeing what their team is capable of as a group and individual basis. Difficult to be heard at times and progress within company.
