ability to keep points for travel. order almost any part and repairs require you to have a working knowledge of electromechanical devices. Flexible Preventative Maintenance schedule

Cons

Required to travel on short notice. Not many opportunities to network or meet other employees at the company

Pros

They provided exelent training and had money to spend in projects and training. The benefits and pay are good and work hours were mostly 8 to 5. I always left work at 5 and never had to work extra.

Cons

They have a bonus system to reward "heroes" so there was a bit of a cut trout culture. The R&D director was upset at me for giving ideas on how to improve a product. He wanted all the credit for himself. No team players at all. There is a culture of mediocrity because they have a profitable areas which no other company have been able to eat into their market share.
