coworkers/colleagues were passionate about their work, decent pay and benefits

Cons

Life is not your own (what PTO?) Poor transparency to the real financials, Punitive senior leadership (passive aggressive style), good old boy mentality. Never came close to attaining bonus potential with struggling financial performance.
