      The system support is good; long term dedicated employees; onsite daycare; immediate 401k match though greatly reduced from the previous dollar for dollar 6% match

      Continue to reduce benefits for the bottom line. It's all about the investors not the employees. This used to be a great company that cared for it's employees. Unfortunately, it has become a revolving door of constant change and layoffs with no direction. If you are fresh out of college and are just looking for experience, you will get it here. If you are an experienced professional, do not make the change. There are better options out there. I would not recommend this company.
