Pros
The Leetsdale facility is in a period of change...for the better. The facility is under new leadership which is introducing a new breath of fresh air into walls. There is an increased focus in taking care of the employees and the successes are being shared by all. The work is in a well air conditioned, cleanroom environment. Working in the medical device industry, there is a huge focus on safety and quality. People are friendly and there's a strong team mentality.
Cons
The work is sometimes hard, because the leadership for the company has high expectations and would like everyone to perform at their best. However, it's exactly that which is going to be able to allow the facility to be successful and present in the Pittsburgh region going forward.
