Good for experience and getting your foot in the door in the emergency management field.

Cons

Horrible management, a glorified temp agency, does not have the employee's best interest, and only cares about upper management and who is at the top. No promotion-based work. No feedback and explanation on what is being done wrong if at all. Really not a company you can work for long term. I would not recommend it. HR is very rude and not helpful at all. Benefits suck, no time off practically, No diversity.

Some interesting projects, and the wonderful people they somehow get to work there (before they leave), but very little else

Cons

Gaslight-heavy environment focused on creating a toxic environment. Pay practices not transparent and unsavory. You may be fine as an IC but never be full employee
