      Fast paced with room for advancement and great pay

      Pros

      Fast growing company with room for growth. Pay is great even at entry level positions and always looking to promote from within. Great culture as well.

      Cons

      It is a lot of hours but the compensation makes up for it. Plus, I'm used to working in retail prior to this and here I have much more time off on the weekends.

      Pros

      Money- Culture- Leadership/mentorship- Integrity- Home Work Balance. Started with the company 3 years ago as a sales rep and have been promoted multiple times with pay increases. I now manage the entire sales team and have made more money with Hail Medic than I thought possible.

      Cons

      Long days/ hours at times but that means more money so not really a con.
