Pros

Flat hierarchy...loads of scope to learn from other teams in different cities. The product is still excellent, Hailo is dominating certain cities, green shoots for the future.

Cons

Flat hierarchy...hugely competitive market, still trying to carve out a niche, some legacy issues with employees and discrepancies in general pay for similar positions with varying levels of responsibility. Nothing is a sure thing in ride-sharing with competing behemoths rolling around, you have to be comfortable with uncertainty and change...
