Pros

Learn about the history of scaling microservices in Hailo's journey. This company still has pretty cutting-edge technology compared to most other companies. If you're looking to learn a lot new things as a software engineer and work with very fun people, there isn't really anywhere better. The office is in a prime location and the culture is very easy going. There's a positive outlook on the future direction.

Cons

It's a still a startup, so be a little prepared to embrace a little uncertainty. Projects can sometimes quickly take unexpected twists. That's pretty normal for a startup of this nature though, this isn't the company for you if you want something very stable.

Pros

Amazing, intelligent people collaborating in all the right ways to get things done. Bags of passion and enthusiasm can be felt around the office, everyday. Design and technology make the world a better place and at Hailo Designers and Engineers work hand in hand to create awesome products. We also have a beautiful office in one of London’s top notch locations, which means lots of great choices for food and coffee. The office itself is creative and fun with a much loved games room where cocktails are served Friday evenings.

Pros

the people are brilliant - so switched-on and incredibly clever, always willing to help and go above and beyond in their jobs, open communication from the top and a real sense of making a personal difference to the company whatever role you are in, amazing benefits package, free breakfasts and snacks and a great office location

Cons

office space could be more inclusive in London - separate rooms make this difficult sometimes
