      Pros

      The facility is nice. Natural lighting and open spaces. Decent pay for long Island. Plenty of work to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Very low morale. There was constant bickering and finger pointing that lead nowhere. Constant role changes and people quitting, which leads to confusion about who will fill their shoes. Very obvious disconnect between upper management and employees. Even if you stay positive in such an atmosphere you will likely grow tired of listening to the non constructive complaints and all of the petty politics.

      Pros

      Great Products and summer work hours. Leave at 230 on Friday provided you make the time up in the week You work with some great people.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction, very short term outlook. Workload is nuts but you learn a lot but never caught up. This place is lean to the core and that is how it is. They always want to hear about what you need but do absolutely nothing about it. Hence the crazy turnover upwards of 30 percent. Unless you need a job, don't leave the one your are in to work here.
