      Not the Best, Not the Worst

      Pros

      Good Salary, Good Products, Good People, & overall good working conditions, good health benefit package

      Cons

      Fail to live up to paying earned bonuses and discontinued stock grant program without communicating to employee. We only found out when we asked and then no reason for the discontinuance was given, but the CEO got both his bonus and stock. Many managers are the micro management type

      - CEO is fair and open minded. Strives to create a culture where people like to come to work. - Company always looking to do something for employees. Right now we have a nutritionist coming to our offices for 10 weeks - "Lifewatchers' to help employees learn how to live a healthier life. - healthy snacks provided to employees - can work from home occasionally - flexible hours - Town Hall meetings to keep employees informed - regular social activities - company always growing, which is good - in the 7 years I have been with company always paid out bonus

      -healthy organic and natural brands and feel good providing these products to customers -coworkers are friendly, passionate about work, and thrive in a fast paced environment -company is socially responsible: volunteer activities, donates products, and raises money for charities (e.g. FoodShare) -positive culture: fun social activities, regular town hall meetings, recognition, bright office space, open communication with employees/managers of all levels -opportunities to learn, develop and progress in career
