      Exposure to all parts of the business and easy access to Senior Leaders. New CEO is a great addition and excellent Leadership should take Hain to the next level

      I was proud to work for Hain Celestial.

      Cons

      Found manager to be narcissistic in his behavior and the rest of management to be none carrying at best. They put low value to their employees, accept those that are members of the inner club. And good luck getting in there.

      Pros

      Pay was decent. Employee sale was a perk but most items ppl liked was not part of the sale.

      Cons

      1. High turnover 2. Benefits had to pay for out of each pay 3. Bonus paid 8 months after the year is closed---and not based on previous yr based on what happened in 1st few qtrs 4. Very very cheap company 5. Long hours no work life balance 6. No career growth 7. Worst HR ever did not stand up for employee rights 8. Loyalty means nothing to them
