Pay and benefits were decent including stock program.

Cons

Even though I had a "manager" title, I was a nobody here. Was never given credit for ideas and was not even asked for input on things that were part of my day to day job. HR department one of the worst I have seen with constant turnover. This mostly stemmed from poor upper management in this area.
