      Pros

      If you want to make a difference somewhere, this is the place. Mid-sized public company with lots of growth and opportunity ahead. Team is very collaborative with seasoned industry leaders. I have seen a lot of inner mobility and opportunities for those who have earned it in my time here (less than 1 year).

      Cons

      Limited resources and need for folks to be scrappy and nimble...true opportunity for those who are accustomed or comfortable thinking outside of the box and influencing and driving positive change in an organization with limited resources

      Collaborative work environment Open concept of leadership - While there are titles, all have the ability to challenge the status quo and are encouraged to do so. Made to feel valued - the company strives to improve. All ideas are welcomed and individual performance as well as group performance are recognized on a daily basis. Progressive leadership - The ELT for the company has a vision and fully support the plants going after improvements. Strong investment in capital and process improvement

      Cons

      Relatively new corporation - sometimes still trying to define its overall strategy as a corporation. Not necessarily a bad thing, but can make movement stall at times. The journey into a Lean Six Sigma culture is just beginning. This can frustrate some individuals if they have never been through transformational change.

      - Excellent leadership team - the Supply Chain LT upgrade brought change needed for continued success - The company going in an excellent direction. We make consistent progress at all levels and it's easy to see daily. - Work balance for corporate employees is the best. - The manufacturing plants have excellent quality standards and the food is delicious. - People are genuine and cordial. I enjoy working with my colleagues. - I am treated with respect for who I am and what I can contribute. - My voice is constantly heard and I'm able to act upon it. - We use data and facts to make decisions. - Autonomy is taken by those who want it. - FAIR - Equality to all colleagues and open-mindedness from leadership.
