Best Thing About Hain Was Leaving. The Grass is Greener.
Pros
Hain CEO is incompetent. From putting his head down and avoiding eye contact during an elevator encounter, to robotic teleprompter driven Town Hall meetings – employees are his lowest priority. His sole focus is satisfying shareholders, so he hires familiar colleagues from his previous positions with a “Yes Sir” mentality he knows he can dictate his emotion-based decisions on, and void and logic/research/analysis done. For the company, this drives Hain to have the lack of ability to be an innovator or a fast follower and get ahead in the industry. For the employees, this leads to lack of direction, exploitation of labor, nonexistent company culture, and negatively impacted work/life balance. Stay away…
