Pros

Large company that works like a small company. Doors are always open for discussion and growth is exponential here. Company has many town halls so you know what is going on at all times. Very honest and open.

Cons

Trying to get responses from internal stakeholders is not easy. Waste of time having to follow up when you are trying to help teams find savings and the right vendor. Adds 1-2 months to project timelines due to lack of responses.

I am a new employer at Hain Celestial and I must say the onboarding process was absolutely amazing. All necessary information given in a timely manner, all staff were very welcoming, my recruiter greeted me on my first day and my needed supplies were ready on my desk. Truly a breath of fresh air coming from my last job.
