      The team is courageous, scrappy and resilient. Individuals have the ability to work cross functionally and expand their knowledge beyond their day to day. Hain manufactures healthy products to be proud of and works to make a positive impact on its employees, assists employees during difficult times and contributes to great causes. Hain promotes a number of people several times a year.

      Cons

      Hain operates on a lean budget and with a lean team. Hain is still pretty complex. Job grades and career paths are not always clear - individuals have to be proactive on this front. The systems are frustrating.
