Pros

Top of their field Everyone is passionate about music Some WFH flexibility Yearly cost of living salary increases

Cons

People who are active music performers are given preferential treatment. Very cliquey. No effort for team cohesiveness. No leadership training and current leadership is friendly but don't want to be managing staff. Job goals not always clear. No paid parental/maternity leave and they emphasize Christian holidays. PTO is not competitive and could be better for all. Only chance to advance in career is to wait for someone to retire, quit, or die.
