Pros

- Helped to get H1B - Good as long as you are in the project - Good as long as you make revenue for them

Cons

- Worst Management and Marketing team. - No Direct Clients, they work 3rd and 4th tier for the consulting companies - This is the only place I experienced Salary get decreased every year after joining the company. But they promise lot before joining. - You will have to face lot of problems (getting Experience Certificate, Last paycheck, etc) once you decided moving out from the company - Poor response when you ask for employment verification Letter for Green Card.
