Pros

Some of management can be engaging and do well in communicating to employees. They keep hard data on how well the company is doing and have frequent discussions on how to improve/change/etc.

Cons

There are select managers that are NOT strong in communication (positive or negative feedback) and don't engage with their employees. They don't provide clients promised and leave too much emphasis on a system that isn't reliable as a consistent revenue-gainer.
