This is a kill shelter. The expectations are unrealistic. They are continually under staffed. Management micro manges EVERYTHING!!! There is no moral or ever an ability to know you're doing a good job. The mental and emotional warfare you suffer isn't worth it. Be prepared for therapy and nightmares.
Amazing benefits package, input and output everyone else were just great to work with.
Cons
the admin team is very clickish and can gossip alot so you tend to find out about errors after the fact and as the last one knowing. The pay was low but it's a "non-profit" so that's to be expected.
