      Not a good company to work for as a leasing agent

      Pros

      The property I worked for in particular had a great staff.

      Cons

      They pay the bare minimum. Do not focus on their properties; would rather mend issues than pay to fix them.

      Pros

      When I started I thought things were great. There were several changes made during my time there that significantly changed the structure in upper management. I really can't think of a pro.

      Cons

      Working onsite, there wasn't a lot of oversite from the corporate office, the onsite management was terrible to work for and the environment was very toxic.

      There is nothing Good to say about the company

      Cons

      No respect from the unqualified disrespectful supervisors that they put in charge. The owner is a nice guy but does not know what the people in charge are doing to his company. They lie and cheat and treat those that are working very badly.
